Dr. Kara Schneider
PhD, LIMHP (she, her)
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking a space to better understand yourself, therapy can be a powerful place to begin. I provide counseling to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, and I genuinely enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I view therapy as a collaborative space—one where we can explore, grow, and co-learn together. I believe that much of the healing that happens in therapy comes from the relationship we build. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to bring all parts of yourself into the room as we work toward greater wholeness and self-understanding.
I'm deeply committed to the work of each client I see, which sometimes means gently but directly challenging patterns or perspectives that may be keeping you stuck. I do this with care and respect, always with the goal of supporting your growth, healing, and meaningful change.
I also value transparency throughout the counseling process and bring a straightforward style to our work together. You’ll always know where we’re headed and why. And while the work we do can be deep, I also believe in the power of humor. When appropriate, I use it to build connection, ease tension, and remind us that healing doesn't always have to be heavy.

Provisional Mental Health Practitioner, PLMHP
I strive to create a welcoming, person-centered space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and genuine care. I work with individuals navigating all types of mental health concerns, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and pace.
In my practice, I use warmth, authenticity, and humor so that therapy doesn't feel so intimidating. Whether you’re seeking support, wanting to better understand yourself, or hoping to make meaningful changes, I’m here to offer a safe and supportive environment where you can move forward with confidence.
I believe that transparency is essential in building trust, so I’m open and clear about the counseling process, what we’re doing in session, and why. You deserve to feel empowered and included every step of the way.

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA (she, her)
- I practice from the Postural Restoration approach, a holistic model in physical therapy. I believe posture is a reflection of the “position” of many systems in the human body that are either regulated or deregulated.
- I believe in a collaborative process and together through this approach we will address your neuromuscular patterning then will work towards an increased freedom of movement, decreased pain, and a more regulated nervous system.
- I hold a core belief that change and healing is possible for everyone, just usually not linear. So my role is to guide my patients through that process, empowering them to find their independence again.
